My Spark Denver providers must:
- Carry commercial general liability insurance that meets our minimum requirements
- Require criminal background checks on all employees who provide services to students
- Have at least one staff member trained in CPR/First Aid while students are present
- Provide a Merchant ID and Merchant Category Code to receive My Spark debit card payments
